Do you have the passion and experience to lead a team and create outstanding guest experiences? We are working in partnership with our client who is looking for a hands-on Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of a 26-room boutique hotel where historic charm meets modern comfort.
What is expected of you?
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest relations
- Ensure the highest standards of service and presentation across all areas
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide a warm and personalised guest experience
- Manage budgets, cost control, and overall operational efficiency
- Collaborate closely with ownership to implement strategic initiatives and maintain the hotel’s boutique identity
What are you expected to bring?
- Proven management experience in a boutique or small luxury hotel
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach
- Excellent knowledge of guest service standards and hotel operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive performance
- Fluency in English; additional languages (including Maltese) are an asset
