We exist to rebuild trust in Malta’s recruitment industry. We do it by going deep in the sectors we know, treating every candidate like a human, and giving employers the specialists they actually need. Not the volume they’re promised.
We work five sectors. Deeply. We know who’s hiring, who’s moving, and what’s a real opportunity. Generalism is how good people end up in wrong jobs.
If a role is messy, we’ll say it. If a candidate isn’t ready, we’ll tell them. If we can’t help, we’ll point you somewhere that can.
Tech speeds us up. People decide who’s right. Every candidate hears back. Every hiring manager gets an actual human on the other end.
A placement is the start, not the end. Candidates we placed five years ago are hiring managers we work with today. Relationships compound.
We know this island’s scene: the operators, the regulators, the talent pools. We’re not flying in opinions from London or Berlin.
Real salary benchmarks. Published market data. No surprise negotiations in week five. Everyone knows what everyone’s worth before we start.
Recruitment isn’t magic. It’s craft, discipline, and showing up. Here’s what a typical engagement looks like.
90-minute briefing call with the hiring manager. We ask what success looks like 6 months in, not just what's on the JD. We leave with a profile, not a checklist.
Our network includes passive candidates we’ve known for years. Your shortlist includes people who actually want the role. Not just people who happen to be available.
Every candidate has a 45-minute call with us before they reach you. Skills, motivation, notice period, salary expectations, visa status. No surprises in week five.
3 to 5 candidates, each with a written briefing: why they fit, what their hesitations are, and how to close them. If we can’t find 3, we say so. No filler.
We coach on salary negotiation. We decode the counter-offer risk. We stay in the loop through resignation and start date. Drop-outs are rare because we see them coming.
30, 60, 90 days. Is it working? What could we have done better? We learn from every placement. The next one has to be better than the last.
