What's expected of you?
- Build & maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Attract candidates via job boards, referrals, and headhunting on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Review CVs, conduct interviews and assess candidates suitability for our clients
- Coordinate candidates through our clients interview processes; providing detailed feedback and expert advice to both parties throughout
- Negotiate & close deals in an efficient & timely manner
- Keep updated with industry & market trends
- Contribute to the sharing of knowledge & recruitment best practices across our team
What you're expected to bring?
- 2+ years recruitment experience preferably within an agency, internal recruiters will also be considered
- Exceptional English communication skills – both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills who is a natural relationship builder
- Ability to multi-task and understanding of setting ROI based priorities
- A motivated, self-starter with a competitive & target-driven character
