What is expected of you?
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned UHNW clients and introducers
- Manage client communications (email, calls, meetings) with a highly professional and polished approach
- Lead clients smoothly through the onboarding process once engagements are confirmed
- Proactively follow up to gather required information and documentation
- Maintain clear timelines and set accurate client expectations
- Collaborate closely with Processing, Engagement, and Finance teams to progress cases efficiently
- Prepare clear call notes, summaries, and follow-up actions
- Identify risks, delays, or client concerns and escalate appropriately
What are you expected to bring?
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional presence and confidence with UHNW clients
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple client relationships
- Discreet and trusted with sensitive information
- Office-based and team-oriented
- Experience in client-facing professional services roles
- Exposure to UHNW, private clients, or advisory environments
