Project Manager

• Coordinate with Technical Supervisors to prepare project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely, on-budget execution in line with specifications.
• Monitor daily project progress, resolve delays or issues, and maintain clear communication with Supervisors and clients.
• Liaise with internal departments, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure resource availability and seamless project coordination.
• Manage, support, and coach direct reports and their teams to drive performance and maintain service quality.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, attend progress meetings, and uphold the company’s professional image.
• Conduct site visits to audit work quality, address issues, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards.
• Optimize operations by enhancing systems, processes, and productivity to support cost control and profitability.
• Support the company’s strategic goals by translating plans into action and driving performance improvements.
• Provide timely and accurate operational reports to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, certification, and electrical design to ensure technical compliance and value-engineered solutions.

• Previous experience as project manager / Project management
• Hands-on experience in construction industry or similar.
• Relevant qualifications in Project management or similar are advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of local construction laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Well-versed in quality assurance and health & safety standards within construction environments
