What is expected of you?
- Represent clients at court and tribunal hearings.
- Provide legal advice and assistance in constitutional, civil, commercial, real estate litigation, and arbitration matters
- Conduct legal research and draft opinions, pleadings, and other court documents
- Support the legal team with case management and strategy under the supervision of the Firm’s partners
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth case handling
- Prepare case updates, summaries, and reports for clients and internal teams
What are you expected to bring?
- Fully warranted lawyer
- Able to work effectively under pressure with a results-oriented approach
- Strong team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Maltese and English
