One of our top clients, a leading multi-disciplinary law firm providing tailored legal services across all practice areas, is seeking a highly motivated lawyer to join their Corporate and Commercial Department, with a focus on M&A transactions.
What is expected of you?
- Assist with M&A transactions, including managing due diligence inquiries, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and preparing completion documents
- Provide general corporate and commercial legal advisory support
- Support the Corporate and Commercial team under the guidance of the Firm’s partners
What are you expected to bring?
- Fully qualified (an LLM or similar master’s degree in a relevant area, or 2+ years post-qualification experience is a plus)
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Maltese
